Initial Cost for your visit (without Insurance) $290
X-ray: $150 (Numbers and sizes of x-rays may vary based on your condition. Additional x-trays cost $50 each.)
Examination: $75
Adjustment: $65

Payment
The entire amount is due at time of service. Credit card, check, and cash are accepted.
Payment Plan
We offer affordable plans for your needs. We offer various affordable plans for your wellness needs. Please ask our associate about more details. *Please be aware that plans may not apply when your insurance policy cover the cost.
Cancellations
No-show: Out of consideration and respect of our chiropractor’ time, if a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, and does not provide any type of advanced notice, the patient will be charged $60.00.
As you can imagine, late arrivals can set back our schedules significantly. If you arrive late more than 10 minutes, your session will be shortened, or you will be asked to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Insurance
Health Insurance:
We accept insurance only when your policy is covered. Depending on your policy, out-of-network benefits may apply. We offer a complimentary insurance verification service on your coverage for Chiropractic services per your request.
Medicare (Part B):
We accept Medicare (Part B). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept HMO.
Personal Injury/Auto Accident:
Depending on your auto accident and injury conditions, based on your insurance policy, we accept auto insurance.
